Reminder: Skeleton project
- Write final copy of skeleton description. You’ll hand in your draft and the final copy.
- Practice reading the description aloud at least 10 times. Suggestion: Record yourself on your laptop, play it back, and see how it sounds. Is your voice animated? enthusiastic? Does it sound interesting? Are there words you don’t know how to pronounce? Does it flow? Are you speaking too fast?
- Use Photobooth on your laptop to record the presentation. Due date: Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Week of October 26, 2009:
This week we're working on the Esqueleto (Skeleton) project in honor of the Día de los Muertos. You'll create a skeleton, write a description, and then present it using the Photobooth app on your laptop. If you aren't sure how to use Photobooth, ask a classmate, see Sra. Dana, search for an on-line tutorial, or click on the HELP button in the program.

Abuelita Chocolate student-designed commercial. This is an idea of a simple presentation that is very effective. Creative, original, and fairly good use of basic Spanish. Hint: Keep your puppet presentation simple, use vocabulary that we've already learned in class.
